Hmmm... yummy...&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Bahan2nya:&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Kepala ikan jenahak - dibelah dua&lt;br /&gt;2 biji tomato - sebiji yg merah tua dipotong dadu, yg muda dibelah 4&lt;br /&gt;½ batang lobak merah – dihiris nipis&lt;br /&gt;4 putik jagung - dibelah 4&lt;br /&gt;Sedikit kobis bunga - potong kecil&lt;br /&gt;1 inci halia - diketuk&lt;br /&gt;1 batang serai - diketuk&lt;br /&gt;2 pelepah daun kesum (jika suka)&lt;br /&gt;Daun sup &amp; daun bawang (untuk hiasan)&lt;br /&gt;3-4 helai daun limau purut&lt;br /&gt;Sebiji bawang besar - dipotong bulat&lt;br /&gt;Sebiji limau nipis - ambil jus&lt;br /&gt;Garam secukup rasa&lt;br /&gt;1 senduk minyak untuk tumis&lt;br /&gt;3 gelas air atau lebih&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Bahan untuk ditumbuk:&lt;br /&gt;5-6 biji cili api warna merah (jenis panjang)&lt;br /&gt;2 ulas bawang merah&lt;br /&gt;1 ulas bawang putih&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Cara masak:&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Masukkan minyak dan bahan yg telah ditumbuk dalam periuk (jangan panaskan minyak awal2). Nyalakan api kecil. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Masukkan sebiji tomato  merah yang telah dipotong dadu kecil.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Masukkan serai dan halia yang sudah di ketuk. Biarkan merenih selama kira-kira 5-7 minit. Kacau sekali sekala  supaya tak hangit. (jika cara masak betul, tumisan tak kan menyebabkan bersin, jadi api mesti kecil)&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Masukkan kepala ikan dan ½ cawan air. Gaul dan tutup periuk. Biarkan lebih kurang 5 minit. Gunakan api sederhana.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Masukkan putik jagung ,bunga kobis dan air (3 gelas). Biarkan air menggelegak. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Masukkan lobak merah, tomato muda (potong 4), daun limau purut, daun kesum dan bawang besar. Tutup periuk  selama 2-3 minit. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Akhir sekali masukkan garam , cili api yang tidak dipotong dan jus limau nipis. Matikan api dan tutup periuk.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Taburkan daun sup dan daun bawang semasa menghidang.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Sedap dihidang dengan sambal belacan, timun dan sayur kailan. Campurkan cili kering, asam jawa dan perahan limau nipis. &lt;br /&gt;2. Tumis bawang putih dan bawang merah hingga naik bau. &lt;br /&gt;3. Masukkan udang kering dan belacan. Goreng hingga kekuningan. &lt;br /&gt;4. Masukkan campuran cili kering tadi dan diikuti dengan garam dan gula. &lt;br /&gt;5. Jimat duit; tak perlu ke Bazar Ramadhan.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Kueh Buah Melaka&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Bahan2nya:&lt;br /&gt;2 cawan tepung pulut&lt;br /&gt;Jus pandan secukupnya&lt;br /&gt;2 ketul gula melaka (potong kecil2)&lt;br /&gt;1/2 biji kelapa muda/putih shj (gaul dgn sedikit garam)&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Cara2 membuatnya:&lt;br /&gt;Bancuh tepung dgn jus pandan sehingga tdk melekat pd bekas bancuhan.&lt;br /&gt;Sementara itu, panaskan air sehingga menggelegak/mendidih.&lt;br /&gt;Bulat2kan tepung mengikut saiz yg dikehendaki.&lt;br /&gt;Masukkan gula melaka sbg inti.&lt;br /&gt;Rebus sehingga buah melaka timbul/terapung.&lt;br /&gt;Angkat &amp; gaulkan dgn kelapa.&lt;br /&gt;Sedia utk dihidangkan.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;em&gt;Alhamdulillah, byk juga hasilnya. Masukkan bahan yang ditumbuk dan air ke dalam periuk. Kemudian masukkan cili, asam gelugur dan daun kesum. Biarkan hingga mendidih. Tambahkan garam secukup rasa. Untuk yang tak gemor memasak, anda dilarang membaca ayat-ayat seterusnya... &lt;br /&gt;  &lt;br /&gt;1. Kupaskan bawang merah, putih, besar, halia, lengkuas, kunyit, ubi kentang (rendam dalam air, kalau tak jadi itam), atau segala-gala benda yang hendak dikupas.  Simpan dalam Tupperware (tipuware pun takpe) dan masuk dalam peti ais. &lt;br /&gt;  &lt;br /&gt;2.  Tumbuk siap2 bahan yang nak ditumis.  Kalau buat banyak-banyak, simpan dalam peti ais kat Chill compartment. Tumbuk lagi enak, dari blend - kecuali dah malas! &lt;br /&gt;  &lt;br /&gt;3.  Untuk masakan yang lazat dan bebas dari pengawet, buat sendiri cili boh! Rebus cili, sejukkan dan kisar dengan sedikit air masak, sedikit garam (untuk kasi tahan lama) dan minyak masak(untuk hancurkan biji cili). &lt;br /&gt;  &lt;br /&gt;4.  Tumbuk banyak-banyak kunyit dan garam.  Simpan dalam Tupperware.  Bila-bila aje nak menggoreng, calit dan lumurkan jer.  Tak payahlah nak beli yang ready made kat kedai - masin sangat dan siap tumbuk dengan kulit kunyit sama! &lt;br /&gt;  &lt;br /&gt;5.  Suka makan sambal belacan.  Ha.. buat banyak2 dan simpan. &lt;br /&gt;  &lt;br /&gt;6.  Rendang, kerutub dan apa-apa yang sewaktu dengannya yang boleh tahan lama - weekend nanti, masak banyak-banyak dan bungkus kecil-kecil untuk satu hindangan setiap satu dan masukkan dalam freezer.  Nak makan jer, panaskan. &lt;br /&gt;  &lt;br /&gt;7.  Untuk frozen food, sebelum pergi kerja pagi tu, keluarkan dari freezer dan simpankan di bahagian bawah peti ais. Jangan keluarkan dari peti ais, nanti basi lak!  Nanti balik, dia dah lembut, so senang nak panaskan. &lt;br /&gt;  &lt;br /&gt;8.  Tumiskan bawang putih, bawang besar, cili kisar, belacan, air asam jawa dan taruk garam dan gula sikit (kalau mahu, sebagai ganti ajinomoto). Tumis biar lama atas dapur biar kasi gelap warnanye, tapi jangan lak segelap dayang senandung - itu hangit namanye! Simpan dalam Tupperware kat Chill Compartment.  Nak masak ikan tumis pedas ke, ayam pedas ke, ape-ape aje - cekup aje, masuk kuali dan mesra-mesrakanlah. Untuk masak kicap, tambah aje kicap manis atau kicap masin... &lt;br /&gt;  &lt;br /&gt;9.  Gorengkan ikan bilis banyak-banyak dan simpan dalam bekas kedap udara (tak payah masuk dalam peti ais). Begitu jugak dengan keropok, popedum, dll. &lt;br /&gt;  &lt;br /&gt;10.  Untuk sayur-sayuran, kalau nak masak untuk sahur, sebelum tidur tu - siapkan segala bahan-bahan.  Bangun awal sikit, terus goreng.  Sama lah caranye untuk goreng menggoreng yang lain termasuk nasi goreng! Kut-kut nak tukar menu... Kecuali telur goreng, pecahkan telur hanya sewaktu nak menggoreng! Bukan sebelum tidur....     &lt;br /&gt;  &lt;br /&gt;(Semua bahan-bahan masakan ini perlu disimpan dalam peti sejuk.  Pastikan peti sejuk anda sentiasa bersih dan kemas.  Kuih raye tahun lepas tu, kasi ayam je ler..) &lt;br /&gt;  &lt;br /&gt;Banyak lagi tip-tip yang nak dikongsi.  Tapi... banyak kerja nak dibuat ni.. &lt;br /&gt;  &lt;br /&gt;Selamat Mencuba! &lt;br /&gt;  &lt;br /&gt;Pesanan Chef  - "Air tangan isteri membahagiakan suami... Nilah rupanya kalau nak tau.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Lps Maghrib tadi, I bakar atas kuali jer. Kalau dpt bakar guna arang lagi best! I nak beli juga tmpt bakar sate yg kecik tu. Senang sket nak buat menu bakar membakar ni. I rasa malas nak buat sos cicahnya, so I just guna sos ready made (sos mae pranom) yg mcm kat restoran tom yam tu. Ala..... yg slalu dihidangkan dgn kerang bakar. Byk jugak hasil pancingan kali ni. Ada tuke, gelama, ikan duri &amp; yg paling besar ikan sembilang. Hampir 1 kg juga beratnya.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;So, smlm (Sabtu) baru sempat menyiang ikan2 tu. Ikan sembilang tu ada telur &amp; mata kail masih terletak dlm mulut ikan tu. Siap cuci sumer, tuke &amp; gelama yg besar2 simpan utk esok. Ikan sembilang buat asam pedas tumis. Gelama yg kecik2 &amp; ikan duri goreng jer. Kalau ikan duri tu besar, boleh gak buat kari. Apa2 pun, kat bwh ni ada resepi Asam Pedas Tumis Ikan Sembilang. Resepi ni simple jer. Bhn2 sumer main agak2 jer. Ikut keperluan.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Bahan utk dikisar/ditumbuk (saya lebih suka tumbuk kecuali cili kering):&lt;br /&gt;Cili kering &lt;br /&gt;1 biji bawang besar &lt;br /&gt;3 biji bawang putih &lt;br /&gt;1/2 inci halia &lt;br /&gt;1/2 inci kunyit &lt;br /&gt;Belacan &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Ikan sembilang (potong ikut suka) &lt;br /&gt;Daun kesum &lt;br /&gt;Air asam jawa &lt;br /&gt;1/2 sudu serbuk lada hitam (lada hitam yg ditumbuk pun boleh)&lt;br /&gt;Minyak masak &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Cara2nya: &lt;br /&gt;Tumiskan bhn yg sudah diblend tadi beserta serbuk lada hitam sehingga naik minyak &lt;br /&gt;Masukkan ikan sembilang, kacau sekejap &lt;br /&gt;Masukkan air asam jawa serta garam &amp; gula sesedap rasa (tak letak gula pun takpe) &lt;br /&gt;Setelah mendidih, masukkan daun kesum. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Eemmmmm... ... sedap. Resepi turun-temurun keluarga. Rasanya semua org buat mcm ni.&lt;br /&gt;Bahan2 pakai agak2 je.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Bahan2:&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;1/2 kilo udang (dibelah belakang utk buang apa2 yg tak perlu)&lt;br /&gt;5-7 biji terung pipit (betul ke nama terung ni?)&lt;br /&gt;1/2 genggam cili api&lt;br /&gt;1 cm kunyit hidup&lt;br /&gt;2 btg serai (diketuk)&lt;br /&gt;asam keping&lt;br /&gt;garam&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Cara2:&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Cili api + kunyit hidup + sedikit air dimesin hingga hancur. Kalau rajin, tumbuk je... lagi sedap. Rebus bersama serai &amp; sedikit air hingga mendidih.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Masukkan udang, biarkan seketika; masukkan asam keping.&lt;br /&gt;Masukkan santan pekat, terung pipit.&lt;br /&gt;Kacau sekali sekala utk mengelakkan santan pecah minyak.&lt;br /&gt;Masukkan garam mengikut rasa.&lt;br /&gt;Biarkan mendidih dgn api yg kecil seketika.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Lepas tu... apa lagi? Dah try byk kali. Memang menjadi. Birthday Faris last year, buat dlm 100 biji then hantar kat Tadika dia. Masa birthday Zarif last year pun sama. Tak payah susah2 nak fikir apa nak bg kawan2 dia sbg party packs. Buat aje dlm bekas kecil2 then tampal nama depa. Settle.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Resepi ni pun di &lt;em&gt;upload&lt;/em&gt; atas permintaan Niza. Ha... kalau dah buat jgn lupa bg kita rasa ok?&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Bahan2nya:&lt;br /&gt;Agar2 - 1 paket (20g)&lt;br /&gt;Susu cair - 1 tin&lt;br /&gt;Susu tepung - 450g&lt;br /&gt;Air - 3 liter&lt;br /&gt;Gula - 2 ½ cawan&lt;br /&gt;Perisa - sebarang rasa....ikut suka&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Masak agar2 sehingga cair. Kemudian masukkan susu tepung (perlahankan api).&lt;br /&gt;Kacau sehingga susu tepung tidak berketul2.&lt;br /&gt;Masukkan susu cair dan gula...kacau sehingga gula hancur.&lt;br /&gt;Akhir sekali masukkan perisa yg dikehendaki.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Sentiasa kacau...selepas agar2 cair, perlahankan api. Antaranya Abg Man &amp; family, Yus, Pak Cik, Epi, K.Lia &amp;amp; family and last but not least Ayun.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Menu utama Nasi Ayam &amp; Mee Hoon Sup Bebola Ikan. Menu yg ke-2 ni, first time buat. Alhamdulillah mendapat sambutan. Oh! Ya! Mastura &amp;amp; family pun ada. Depa dtg awal, lebih kurang 4.30 pm. Tak sempat hidang Nasi Ayam sbb blum siap. Sempat hidang Mee Hoo Sup Bebola Ikan jer. Kata Mas, rasanya OK. Yus bertambah sampai 4 kali. Sedap la kot!&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Ni yg nak share resepi nih!&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;p&gt;Sumber : Chef Wan Ismail&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Bahan-bahan:&lt;br /&gt;Minyak untuk menumis&lt;br /&gt;6 ulas bawang putih, dihiris&lt;br /&gt;10 cawan air rebusan tulang ayam&lt;br /&gt;1/4 cawan lobak asin, dicincang halus&lt;br /&gt;25 biji bebola ikan&lt;br /&gt;2 keping fish cake, dihiris nipis&lt;br /&gt;6 keping cendawan cina, direndam dan dihiris nipis&lt;br /&gt;Serbuk lada putih, garam dan serbuk perasa secukupnya&lt;br /&gt;400 gm mee hoon, dicelur dan disejat&lt;br /&gt;100 gm tauge&lt;br /&gt;Daun sup&lt;br /&gt;Daun bawang&lt;br /&gt;Sedikit cili potong&lt;br /&gt;Bawang goreng&lt;br /&gt;Kicap cair&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Cara membuatnya:&lt;br /&gt;1. Panaskan minyak di dalam periuk. Tumis bawang putih hingga wangi.&lt;br /&gt;2. Masukkan air rebusan tulang ayam, lobak asin, bebola ikan, fish cake dan cendawan Cina. Biar hingga ia mendidih.&lt;br /&gt;3. Masukkan serbuk lada putih, garam dan serbuk perasa.&lt;br /&gt;4.
